Yesterday evening I came home to the flat i Borlänge after 10 days i Ramsau in Austria. I had some good training down in the Alps and both skiing and running is getting better and I’m able to run quite fast with my leg again. Some strength, mostly in the right bum is missing when I’m running and I don’t trust my right thigh fully. But a dramatic fast improvement the last weeks, soon orienteering again if the snow doesn’t appear here…

IFK Mora on the glacier

I have never seen so many skiiers (both xc-skiers and biathlon) in one place as i Ramsau, the Russians had a 80 people strong troop down there! Almost all the strong teams where there as well as IFK Mora SK;)

I got an e-mail with a link to The Independent who had wrote about the WOC relay in an article. It’s a culumnist who wrote some thoughs about sports and moral, it’s worth reading, cred to the orientering sport and the three musketeers;)
