Rehabilitation and Rerelease of my Homepage
It’s almost been four weeks since WOC now. Swedish National Championships in middle and relay where this weekend. Unfortunately I couldn’t run, not even close. So this year I will not run a single SM in orienteering. I still have stiches in quadriceps and there is also a gap in my skin.
My leg feels better and better and I’m able to move my leg more and more. I’m even limping around without crutches. After the first two weeks that was though with a lot of pain I started to train again. I’m rowing with one leg on a rowing machine and doing some strength. My goal is to be able to run again on 25-manna. I don’t know if it’s realistic but it feels good to have something to look forward and to aim for. My traing plans for the coming months is for except rehab training aiming for the xc-skiing season. Hopefully I can start to do some double poling soone, but I guess that the open wound should heal before I start push to hard with both of my legs.

Still I can say I feels great to be back to training again, even if it’s one leg rowing. I’ve done thirteen intervall traings and 7 strenth trainings since I started little less then 2 weeks ago, and I’ve improved. I wish I could have this great improvment in running, that would have been great…
My homepage has been uppdated with a new administration system that gives me more oppurtunities to make changes. As the computer analphabet I am I got help with this from Anders Hassis. The time will tell I it was a good idéa to give me more power and access. If a error code will show, don’t be suprised;)
